Mackenzie Leigh Denholm was born on Sunday April 5th at 4pm. After a relatively quick and natural(yes, no drugs!) labor Mackenzie was born. (FYI, running a marathon is much easier than labor for those of you who were wondering. I had to see for myself.) Mackenzie weighed 7lb 11oz and measured 18 1/2 inches. We are both doing well. 
Yesterday we were able to come home from the hospital. We walked in the door and Mackenzie already looked like a different baby. It is amazing how fast babies change and develop. It has been fun looking at Mackenzie and seeing what traits she has from the two of us. Being a mom has been a joy.
Kyle and I are very excited to have a new little girl in our family. We will continue to update the blog as Mackenzie grows.
